• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact dk gamer support immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Dk gamer may request a National ID or other supporting documents at any time to verify your account information.

Dk gamer is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is not permitted under any circumstances. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

The payment method used to deposit on dk gamer must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳100.
• Dk gamer does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Suspicious transactions are automatically reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering measures.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes.
• If a deposit fails to arrive due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending verification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk gamer. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Defrauding or intimidating other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account with false information.

Dk gamer may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded following verification.
